​One-on-one meditation session offers a uniquely tailored approach to mindfulness, providing benefits, such as, targeted stress reduction, improved focus and concentration, emotional regulation, enhance overall well-being and improved self-awareness.  I can directly address personal stressors, anxieties, or emotional blocks that you might have with targeted guidance and support. I can also adjust the pace of the session to ensure a comfortable and effective experience. 

 

After the meditation, I will massage your feet or hands as part of this therapeutic treatment. 

Massaging hands or feet offers a wide array of benefits, both physical: improved circulation, pain relief, reduced muscle tension, increased flexibility and mobility and promotes healing.  Mental and emotional benefits can range from stress reduction, improved sleep, enhanced mood and sense of well-being.

I use Margaret Dabbs 'Intensive Hydrating Hand Lotion' A luxurious treatment enriched hand lotion uniquely containing anti-ageing ingredients Hempseed Oil, White Water Lily and Kelp, which are usually reserved for facial skincare products. Instantly hydrates and plumps the skin, improves skin firmness, elasticity and collagen levels and boosts the skin’s moisture levels.  The hand lotion is beautifully scented with Geranium and Mandarin and is gorgeous to use.

On your feet I use Margaret Dabbs 'Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion' This gorgeous, silky, light and non-greasy “walking on air” foot lotion will transform your feet. Use every day to hydrate, illuminate and soften the skin of the feet, and to reduce hard skin build-up. Scented with lemon myrtle, this Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion is a delight to use. It is suitable for all skin types, diabetics, and use during pregnancy.
